Description
The cemetery railing features ashlar gate piers and a rusticated stone plinth wall, complemented by cast iron gates and railings. The main gates include pedestrian gates on each side, along with quadrant flanking railings that have terminal piers. The outer piers are designed with recessed panels and raking copings, adorned with trefoiled spandrels. The gate piers are similar in style, but they feature trefoiled panels. The cast iron railings are decorated with trefoiled heads and quatrefoil bands at both the top and bottom. There is a simpler terminal pier at the angle with Empress Road, along with intermittent stone piers and plain railings that include scrolled panels, set at intervals along the Empress Road boundary.
