Description
Oakenholt Farmhouse is a two-storey building featuring modern cement rendering, modern glazing, and a slate roof. The structure is arranged in an L shape, with the older west range running roughly north-south. The southern two-storey cross wing has a rendered chimney and two square-headed windows on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a camber-headed doorway with two camber-headed windows to the right. To the left, the gable end of the north-south range has two camber-headed windows at different levels.
The west elevation displays three square-headed windows on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a polygonal porch with a camber-headed window to the right, and two camber-headed windows to the left, along with a further small window to the left of these. Facing north, there is a blocked stone archway or window.
To the south, across the yard, stands a two-storey range of farm buildings with a datestone marking the year 1802. The west range of the farmhouse features part of an exposed cruck blade, heavy chamfered beams, and joists.
