Description

Waen Farmhouse is probably a 17th-century farmhouse. It is constructed of rubble with raking gable parapets topped with ball finials, and it features a brick chimney towards the centre. On the yard side, the farmhouse has three square windows set at eaves level. A wide, 20th-century porch fronts a boarded entrance door; to the left of the porch are two windows with modern glazing, and to the right, a single window with modern glazing. There is a window on each floor of the right-hand gable. A single-storey stone range adjoins the farmhouse to the left. The rear of the house has two small ground-floor windows.

The ground floor has heavy chamfered beams and exposed joists.
