Description

Unit 2 is an office building designed in the neo-Georgian style, constructed as a single storey in brick, featuring a cornice and parapet. The building consists of nine bays, with a central entrance that projects, along with two projecting end bays, all adorned with banded pilasters. The windows are 24 pane horned sashes, each with rubbed brick heads and projecting cills, except for the outermost windows in the two central bays, which are narrower 12 pane sashes. The entrance includes a central part glazed timber door with a glazed panel and a keystone.

The left elevation has a later brick extension that matches the original style, while the right elevation features a doorway and flanking windows, along with a wider later service door to the right, all of which were boarded at the time of inspection.
