Description
Unit 7 is a single-storey office building designed in the neo-Georgian style, constructed of brick and featuring a cornice and parapet. The facade consists of 13 bays, with a central entrance that projects, as well as two projecting end bays, all adorned with banded pilasters. The windows are 12-pane horned sashes, each with rubbed brick heads and projecting cills. The central entrance includes a part-glazed timber door with a glazed panel and a keystone.
On the left side of the building, there is a central door flanked by two large triple 12-pane sashes, while the right side features a central door and two 12-pane sashes. The parapet and cornice extend around both sides of the building.
Inside, the main entrance opens into a central lobby that leads to a corridor running the full width of the building. This corridor has full-height partitioning, with glazed upper sections along its length. Several doors branch off from the passage into individual rooms, and some original doors, frames, and furniture are still present.
