Late C19 office building of gault brick with stone trim. Of 3-storeys, top floor a later addition, and 2 bays. Ground storey has stone facing with 3 rusticated pilasters and 2 plate glass windows. First storey has 2 horned and plate-glazed sash windows in stone architraves with aprons beneath. Moulded stone string above indicates original top of building. Second-storey added, in mixed re-used old gault bricks, with 2 sash windows. On east wall, a stone doorway with rusticated returns, pediment, and 6 panel oak door.
