Description

Goldlay House is a late 19th-century building constructed of gault brick. It has two storeys with an additional top storey and features three bays. The entrance is highlighted by an Ionic portico supported by two round columns, with stucco door reveals at the center. There is a three-window arrangement at both the ground and first storeys, set in projecting bays. The windows are tripartite, mullioned with gauged heads, and fitted with sashes that include margin lights. The roof is hipped and covered with modern tiles.
