Description
Part of the Midland Bank, located at No. 6 Tindal Square, is an early 20th-century building featuring a stone facade designed in a classical style. The front is divided into three bays by attached Corinthian columns on pedestals, topped with a frieze, modillion cornice, and a balustraded parapet adorned with four ornamental urns. The building has two storeys and attics, with a three-window range that includes casements with leaded lights. The ground storey windows have semi-circular heads with moulded archivolts and a moulded band running at sill level. The roof is covered with Cumberland slates and copper flashing, featuring one segmental-headed dormer window on each front.
