Description

The gates and gate piers to the graveyard of the Cathedral Church of St Mary the Virgin date from the 18th century. They feature wrought iron gates with gilt spear-headed railings, complemented by two open-work piers made of cast iron, which are adorned with elliptical patera. The piers are topped with decorative water leaves and open lozenges. To the right, there is a small rectangular gate, while to the left, there are additional railings.
