Description

The limekiln is a structure measuring approximately 5 meters square, built into a rocky hillside. It features cyclopean construction made of rough-dressed limestone blocks. The kiln has large openings, known as kiln eyes, on the front and left sides, which reach a maximum height of about 1.5 meters and taper inward from the base to the top. The top of the kiln is a flat platform that has been filled in and is mostly covered with vegetation.

Above the limekiln, slightly set back, are the crumbling walls of a former engine house.
