Description

Dee Bank is a two-storey building with painted render elevations and a slate roof, featuring red brick chimney stacks and boarded eaves. The leg of the 'T' shape has a lateral chimney breast facing the road and a tall staircase window with small panes. There is one window on the gable end facing east, which includes a 16-pane sash window above French windows. At right angles to this section, forming the top part of the 'T', there is an attic gable with a casement window and 16-pane sashes below. A later projection at the corner contains an entrance porch, and there is a lean-to on the west side. The rear of the building, which overlooks the railway and river, features a two plus one window arrangement, including an advanced gable to the left. It has small pane sash windows, one of which is a 20-pane window, and one French window with marginal glazing bars. The central door has stained glass.

Internally, some late Georgian details are still present, although the former staircase window has been blocked after the addition of the corner porch extensions. The building also has a stone flagged cellar.
