Description
Neuadd is a symmetrical, two-storey building dating from the 19th century, featuring a three-window front made of cement render, topped with a hipped slate roof and a red brick chimney stack. The ground floor has horned six-pane sash windows with architraves, while the entrance has a modern door. The side elevation facing Abbey Road has two windows and includes a short cross range, also rendered and featuring similar windows.
At the rear, there is a two-storey and basement range with a three-window front, scribed render, a hipped roof, and a pebbledash chimney stack. This section has lugged architraves and bracket cills on its twelve and fifteen-pane sash windows. There is a lean-to at the right end, which has sixteen-pane sash windows, and a tall small-pane sash window under a gable at the rear.
The front forecourt is enclosed by a rubble wall, while the side elevation is bordered by iron railings with a gate.
