Description

The Signal Box at Llangollen railway station is a low structure made of red brick, featuring a hipped slate roof and designed as a Great Western Railway type 7a box. It has blue brick dressings that include quoins, a plinth, and window surrounds. The building is characterized by wide bracket eaves, a red brick chimney stack, and finials at both ends. The south side has windows that extend the full length and wrap around the corners at either end. There are three camber-headed basement windows, and timber steps are located at the right end.
