Description
This is a 2-storey cottage attached to Caledfryn, built from rubble with an asbestos tile roof and a rubble chimney stack located at the right end. Caledfryn features a broad whitewashed front with two windows, while the attached cottage has a one-window pebbledash front. The property includes various small pane casements, and Caledfryn has an additional ground floor window to the left of the off-center entrance. There is boarding on the roof ridge above this section, indicating the removal of a chimney stack that was previously situated backing onto the entry. The cottage has gabled porches, with a finial on the right side, and boarded doors. The left gable end has similar windows to the front, while the right gable end features a lean-to and a cross range at the rear. At the time of inspection in March 1989, the building was in fairly poor condition.
