Description
Caledfryn is a two-storey building constructed of rubble with an asbestos tile roof and a rubble chimney stack located at the right end. The main façade features a broad, whitewashed front with two windows, while an attached cottage has a one-window pebbledash front. The building includes various small pane casements, and Caledfryn has an additional ground floor window to the left of the off-centre entrance. There is evidence of a removed chimney stack on the roof ridge above this section, indicated by boarding. The building has gabled porches, with a finial on the right side, and boarded doors. The left gable end is similarly whitewashed and features windows, while the right gable end has a lean-to and a cross range at the rear. At the time of inspection in March 1989, the building was in fairly poor condition.
