Description
The Church Men's Club, also known as the Church Institute, is a 19th-century building featuring elevations in rough-cast render that have been painted white. The roof is made of small grey and russet slates from Gallt y Llan quarry in Snowdon, and there is a blue/grey brick chimney located towards the left end of the ridge.
On the main elevation, to the right, there is a cross gable with a double-pitch roof and a tall window that has mullions and transoms, which includes small lead-lights that illuminate the hall. To the left, beneath a deeply swept roof, there are two broad multi-light casement windows. At the left end, there is an entrance doorway set in a projecting porch with a flared hipped roof. Additionally, at the right (north) end, there is a gabled and slated buttress.
