Description
Greenhills is a two-storey house with rough-cast render that is now painted white. The roof is made of small grey and russet slates from Gallt y Llan quarry in Snowdon, laid in graded courses. The chimneys are made of brindled brick, with a stepped chimney on the right side of the ridge and a left chimney that projects from the gable end, designed as a gabled slated buttress.
The front of the house features a large central gable with a small-pane casement window. To the left of the gable is a dormer window in the roof slope. Below the gable, the ground floor has a 4-light small-pane casement window, with a shallow porch (now glazed) to the left and a 2-light small-pane casement window to the right. The left gable end has a projecting chimney to the left, with a small first-floor window above a boarded door below. To the right of the chimney on the ground floor is a small window. The right gable end has a window on the upper floor above a semi-hexagonal bay on the ground floor.
