Description

Nos 1 and 3 Mostyn Street in Llandudno is a late 19th-century stucco building that houses shops with living accommodation above. It stands three storeys tall with an attic, featuring a slate roof and gabled dormers. The building has camber-headed windows with sash glazing and is adorned with a modillion and dentil eaves cornice.

The façade has a two-window arrangement, with paired windows on the top floor. On the first floor, there is a semi-circular bay window on the left and a shallow two-window square bay window on the right.

A veranda supported by slender fluted iron columns features bands, capitals, and spandrils that have slightly different designs, with cresting running between one pair of spandrils and the next.
