Description

5 Mostyn Street is a shop with accommodation above, built over three storeys and an attic. The building features a slate roof with gabled dormers and camber-headed windows that have sash glazing. It has a modillion and dentil eaves cornice. The elevation consists of two windows, with paired windows on the right side of the top floor. On the first floor, there is a semi-circular bay window on the right and a single window on the left, which is set in a deep architrave with a cornice. The ground floor has a shop front and includes a late 19th century or early 20th century verandah.
