Description

Nos 23, 24 and 25 Vaughan Street, Llandudno, are three buildings of three storeys plus an attic, each with two windows. They are constructed of stucco and feature a dentil cornice and slate roofs. The second floor has two-light windows with cambered heads and sash lights, set within architraves incorporating pilasters. On the first floor, the left-hand building has a two-light window with keystones and cornice, while the right-hand building has a bow window with three camber-headed lights and sash glazing. The buildings retain the character of houses, originally featuring a bow window on both the first and ground floors, and a doorway on the left. A modern strip dormer has been added.
