Description
Brodnant Farmhouse is a 2-storey, double-fronted farmhouse constructed of rubble stone, featuring dressed quoins. It has a renewed slate roof with brick coping and stone stacks at each end. The central porch includes a boarded gable and a boarded door with a segmental head. The surviving windows are 16-pane horned sashes. The ground floor windows are set beneath tooled cambered lintels, although the left-hand window has been removed. The first-floor windows are located beneath the eaves, with the right-hand window removed in December 2005.
Attached to the right gable end is a lean-to made of whitened brick. At the back of the farmhouse is a continuous outshut that has two small casement windows.
