Description
Dan-y-Coed is a 2½-storey farmhouse built of rubble stone, featuring rock-faced quoins and lintels, topped with a slate roof and a stone stack on the right side. The front of the house is symmetrical and includes an added rock-faced porch with an elliptical entrance arch and cusped barge boards, leading to a panelled front door. The windows are primarily 3-light casements with small-pane glazing, except for a 2-light window located in the upper centre. There are two gabled dormers that have replacement windows. The left gable end is slate hung and has an inserted window on the lower left. At the right gable end, there is an added lean-to that includes a 3-light casement window. The building has not been inspected.
