Description
Dynyn is a farmhouse built from rubble stone, featuring dressed quoins and brick heads above the openings. It has a slate roof with deep eaves and stone stacks at each end. The building stands two storeys high and consists of three bays, with the left windows positioned closer to the centre bay to accommodate a larger kitchen chimney. The windows are large 16-pane sashes with slate sills and red brick heads. The front door is centrally framed and has a 4-pane overlight above it, also with a brick head. The gable ends have overhanging verges, and the left end of the house is windowless. At the rear, there are three similar 16-pane sashes on the first floor, two on the ground floor, and a door with a concrete lintel replacing the right window. A sloping buttress is located between the ground floor windows. There is an altered lower outbuilding attached to the right of the house, which has one window and a door.
