Description
Caerhedyn is a farmhouse constructed from painted rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring three stone chimneys. One chimney is located to the right of the entrance on the ridge, while the others are at each end of the building. The chimneys are adorned with slate dripstones and caps. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a five-window front, which consists of small cross-windows with 4-pane lights in each quarter, with only one opening. The windows have slate sills and stone voussoirs, except for the fourth window on the first floor, which has a timber lintel. The central entrance is a half-glazed door that also features similar stone voussoirs. The window bays are not perfectly symmetrical, with larger gaps present to the right of the first and third bays. The left end wall is rendered, and there is a southeast rear wing to the left that includes a 20th-century door and one cross-window above. The south end has a stone stack, while the right end wall is rendered. The gable verges overhang. The building is not available for inspection.
