Description
Bronallt is a building located at 3, 4, and 5 Nebo Road, constructed from local dark coloured stone rubble and topped with slate roofs. The windows are timber casements featuring deep monolithic stone lintels that are highlighted by a label course. There is a large later extension at the rear of the building.
No 5 adjoins No 3 to the north and faces Nebo Road. The entrance door, located in the lower bay, is studded and set within a segmental headed arch that has a label moulding above it, with a 4-paned window situated above the door. A large external stack is partially visible at the rear of the building. The upper bay contains a 2-light timber casement window set in a small gable that provides light to the upper room.
The cottage has been combined with the former saddlery shop, which forms a cross wing at the northern end. This shop features a large ground floor window and a blind box that extends over the framed and battened entrance door on the right side. The gable end has three casement windows: a central 2-light window flanked by single light windows, and there is an end gable stack.
