Description
Coed y Castell is a 2-storey house that showcases both Arts-and-Crafts and modernist influences. The exterior features whitened pebble-dashed walls and a slate roof with wide boarded eaves, along with external stacks at both ends. The symmetrical front of the house includes a central bay flanked by prominent full-height bowed outer bays topped with conical roofs. The central entrance consists of half-glazed steel-framed doors with marginal glazing, and above these is a 2-light window. The bow windows are designed with continuous strips of glazing, featuring steel-framed casements and a transom in the lower storey.
On the left end wall, there are openings positioned to the left of the stack. This includes double half-glazed doors with glazed side panels, a 1-light window to the right, and a 2-light window to the left. The first floor has a central 3-light window and a 1-light window to its right. A rear projection is set back on the right side. The property has not been inspected.
