Description

This is a cowhouse located to the south of Fridd-isaf, built in 1847. It is constructed from roughly coursed rubblestone and has a slate roof. The entrance is on the north long wall, featuring a doorway to the right with the inscription "EJ.CWMFEDW/ 1847" on the lintel. There is a boarded door leading to the upper level in the east gable end, which is accessed by external stone steps. The roof of the hayloft consists of three bays supported by two bolted A-frame trusses.
