Description
Dol-y-dderwin is a three-storey building constructed from roughly coursed rubble and topped with a slate roof featuring blue brick stacks at the gable ends. It has a double pile plan and the main front faces south, consisting of three window bays. The entrance is an asymmetrically placed boarded door that does not align with the upper windows. To the left of the door is a 9-pane sash window, while the right bay of the ground floor has a 12-paned sash window, and there are three similar windows on the first floor, some of which are horned. The attic floor features 9-paned single sash windows, and all openings are adorned with red sandstone lintels. The north front also has three bays, with a central part-glazed door and overlight, along with horned sash windows. The building was not accessible at the time of inspection.
