Lloyd, Herbert & Jones, Estate Agents is a three-storey, three-window building constructed of coursed rubble masonry. The building is curved to follow the street line at the left end and features a gently pitched quarry slate roof with oversailing eaves that project at the corner of the street, sweeping up to a lower building on the left, which has a stone stack and water tabling.
On the second floor, there are two 16-pane sash windows with stone lintels. The first floor has a similar sash window on the left, while the right side features two modern small-paned windows, also with stone lintels. The ground floor has a modernized shopfront with a plain fascia, two light shop windows, and a doorway set at the corner with a modern door, along with another two light shop window to the right.
