Description

This building, known as Lloyd, Herbert & Jones, is a two or more storey house constructed from coursed rubble masonry. It features a gently pitched roof covered with quarry slate and has plain eaves. A stone stack with water tabling is present, along with a later dormer above a shallow second-floor window. The gable is boarded and has bargeboards, with a four-pane fixed light situated above the original eight-pane sash window. On the first floor, there is a sixteen-pane sash window, while the ground floor has a plain sash window with the glazing bars removed, both topped with stone lintels. The doorway is offset to the right and features a stone lintel and a shallow rectangular fanlight above a four-panel door.
