Description

Bennar House is a three-storey, two-window house built with coursed rubble masonry. It features a gently pitched quarry slate roof with oversailing eaves and stone stacks with water tabling. The second-floor windows have shallow upper sashes and consist of 15 panes, set under the eaves. The first floor has 20-pane sash windows with stone lintels, and the ground floor has similar windows. A central doorway is present, topped by a shallow rectangular two-pane fanlight above a modern half-glazed door. A later 19th-century slate stack forms a hood over the doorway.
