Description

Brethyn is a two and a half storey building with three windows, constructed from coursed rubble masonry. It features a gently pitched slate roof with plain eaves and a stone stack with water tabling.

The building has two later dormers above earlier shallow windows on the second floor. The dormers have boarded gablets and bargeboards, with four-pane fixed lights situated above two-light casements. On the first floor, there are three Victorian sash windows with stone lintels. The ground floor has a largely modern shopfront, which includes a plain fascia board, a canted and recessed central entrance, and brick stallrisers.
