Description
Dily's Meredith is a two and a half storey building with three windows, constructed from coursed rubble masonry. It features a steeply pitched quarry slate roof with plain eaves. The end wall of the adjoining building has stepped water tabling, and there is a tall, square stone chimney stack on the right, also with water tabling.
The building has two gabled dormers that flank a central window, which is set below the eaves. The dormers have bargeboards, rubble cheeks, slate lintels, and partly small paned sash windows. The central window consists of a 12-pane, 2-light casement.
On the ground floor to the left, there is a 19th-century shop window that includes a moulded cornice above a plain fascia, sunk panelled brackets, and pilasters. This window has a 2-light design with a plastered stallriser. To the right on the ground floor, there is a partly small paned sash window with a slate lintel. The central doorway has a slate lintel and features a modern split door.
