Description

Bro Arran is a pair of three-storey houses built from rubble masonry. They feature a gently pitched slate roof with overhanging eaves and close verges. Central stone stacks are positioned on both the front and rear slopes of the roof, which also has water tabling.

On the second floor, there are shallow six-pane sash windows located under the eaves. The first and ground floors have modern windows with stone lintels. The doorways are situated at the extreme right and left, each with a plain rectangular fanlight above a four-panel door. The door to Islawr is modern.

The two-storey rear elevation has two twelve-pane sash windows in the center, with a smaller twelve-pane sash window to the right and a later addition of a small two-light casement window to the left.
