Description
Tegannedd, Ty Capel, and the Sunday School/Vestry form a rectangular building with a gable end facing the street. The structure includes a pair of two-storey houses of equal height that are set back and run at right angles to the left. The left house, Tegannedd, has a gable at the left end that projects towards the street. The exterior is made of rendered rubblestone with rendered quoins, topped by slate roofs featuring red ceramic ridge cresting and plain bargeboards along the eaves and verges. There is a ridge stack on Ty Capel and a lateral stack on Tegannedd.
The Sunday School/Vestry has three windows on the front gable. These include single margin-light sashes in moulded surrounds flanking a larger and higher opening, which also has a moulded surround and contains two tall margin-light sashes. All the windows are connected by a cill band. A gabled porch on the right return features plain boarded double doors and four 18-paned sashes to the right. At the rear gable end, there is a small single-storey half-hipped range that has a boarded door with a rectangular overlight to the left and a four-paned sash to the right.
The gable of Tegannedd has paired four-paned sashes to the left and a single four-paned sash to the right on the first floor, above a string course that continues through to Ty Capel. On the ground floor, there are paired sashes in a slight bay projection to the left and a four-panel door with a rectangular overlight under a plain moulded entablature to the right. Ty Capel features three four-paned sashes, with two on the first floor and one on the ground floor to the left of a four-panel door (the top panels are now glazed) with a rectangular overlight.
The interior was not accessible at the time of the survey.
