Description
The Morgan Lloyd Public House is a three-storey, three-bay building that is part of a terrace. It features painted pebble-dashed walls, a replaced slate roof with added skylights, and brick stacks at each end. On the lower storey, there are fluted pilasters at the ends framing a window to the right of the centre, although the corresponding fascia has been replaced. The building has two asymmetrically placed 12-pane sash windows with moulded surrounds. To the left of centre, there is a doorway with a replaced door and a plain overlight. To the right, another doorway has replaced double doors and a plain overlight. In the middle and upper storeys, the windows have eared and shouldered architraves; the centre windows are blind, while the others have four-pane windows, which likely replaced the original sashes and are larger in the middle storey. An arcaded frieze runs between the lintels in the upper storey, positioned below bracketed eaves, and continues across the adjacent building, No. 11. The interior has been altered.
