15 Crescent Road

15 Crescent Road is a three-storey building with a basement, constructed in rendered brick and topped with a slate roof featuring end wall stacks. The building has a symmetrical design with a four-window range and paired central entrances that are elevated by steps leading from the basement. The doors are set within pedimented architraves and flanked by fluted pilasters.

On either side of the doorways, there are canted bay windows that extend from the basement and rise over the two main upper storeys, separated by fluted columns. Each floor is adorned with moulded cornices, and there is a continuous sill band at the first floor. The original window arrangements are mostly intact in No 15, featuring 12 and 8-pane sash windows in the bay window and 12 and 9-pane sashes elsewhere. In contrast, No 13 has 2-pane sash windows, which have been replaced in the upper storey, and exhibits stressed rendered architraves and sill bands on its windows, a decorative style likely dating from the late 19th century. Additionally, there are cast-iron spear-head railings surrounding the basement areas.
