Description
This is a three-storey shop and dwelling, forming part of a terrace. The building dates to the late 20th century, although it incorporates earlier details. The front elevation is finished with roughcast render and framed by rusticated pilaster strips. It has a replaced slate roof with a moulded wooden cornice and a brick stack to the right. Italianate detailing is retained above the ground floor. The middle storey features a tripartite four-pane sash window with colonnettes and foliage capitals, set within an architrave adorned with an egg and dart moulding and a shallow blind pointed arch. A similar tripartite window, with plain colonnettes and a moulded sill band, is located in the upper storey within a matching architrave. The lower storey front has been replaced in the late 20th century.
