Description
Plas Bach is a farmhouse featuring whitewashed stucco and slate roofs, with slate gable copings and brick stacks located at the north end, on the ridge, and at the east end of the crosswing. The building is two storeys high and has a T-plan layout with a crosswing at the south end. The timber windows, which have small panes and mullion and transom divisions, have been altered in some instances.
On the west front, there is a three-light window on each floor of the crosswing to the right, with a larger three-light window on the ground floor. To the left of the main range, there is a similar three-light window on the ground floor and a two-light window above it. A gabled porch with a slate roof and a square-headed entry is positioned to the right, featuring a half-glazed door with an overlight.
The south end wall has altered windows on each floor. The east end of the crosswing has a slightly lower gabled projection with a rubble stone east gable wall, and it features a similar two-light window above a three-light window. The main range has similar windows on each floor to the right, while the rear openings have brick sides and slab lintels.
