Description

East Fosse Farm is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed from rubble stone, featuring thatch and stone tile roofs. The south gable has a coping and a rebuilt stack on the east side of the crosswing, while the front range has a ridge stack. The building is two storeys tall and has a T-plan layout.

The main range includes a three-light ovolo-moulded mullion window on each floor, with flush mullions on the ground floor and recessed mullions above. There is a moulded single light door with a timber lintel and a 20th-century casement in an ovolo-moulded frame to the left. The front wall of this range has a rebuilt mullion window with a hoodmould on the first floor.

The crosswing to the right features a south gable with a small 12-pane sash window and a pair of leaded casements above, as well as another pair of leaded casements below. The north gable end is hipped.
