Description
The Walled Outbuildings to Carreg Fawr form a courtyard of farm buildings constructed from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. The complex includes a long gabled range on the south side, a short wall to the west, and a long north wall that features a pig-kitchen in the northeast corner. Between the east gables of the pig-kitchen and the south range, there is a broad elliptical-arched entry with a brick arch and squared stone coping, which is also present on the other walls.
The long range has a loft window in the east gable and a loop on the north front, along with an elliptical-arched cart entry, a door, a loop, a window, and two additional doors. These doors provide access to a small barn, a cow-house, and a stable. The northeast pig-kitchen has a slate roof, a stack at the west end, and a window and door on the south side. There is a lean-to against the courtyard wall to the left, which contains two pigsties with enclosing yard walls. Additionally, there are two doors on the outside of the south side of the long range.
Cobbled paths run along the fronts of the buildings.
