Description

The stables and cart shelter at Cefn Rhengwrt is a long rectangular building that runs roughly east to west, forming the southern side of the farmyard. It is constructed from irregularly coursed rubblestone and has a slate roof with slate-coped verges and rooflights. On the left side, there is an elliptical red brick arch that serves as the entrance to the cart shelter. The central doorway is flanked by two vertically louvered windows, with two additional doorways and a narrow rectangular window to the right, all featuring slate lintels.

Inside, the eastern part of the building has A-frame trusses, while the western end includes a loft.
