Description
The cart house and stable at Bryn Awel is constructed of rubble stone, featuring larger quoins and freestone dressings, topped with a slate roof. The building faces the house and has two pitching eyes for the loft. On the left side, there is a segmental-headed doorway leading to the cart shed, which has been partly infilled and has a replaced door. On the right side, there is a narrower doorway to the stable, accompanied by a window to its left that has been slightly widened from its original segmental head. A lean-to structure is attached to the right gable end. At the rear, there are corrugated iron sheds and a pitching eye on the right end.
