Description

Pont Tal-y-bont is a bridge constructed from roughly coursed rubblestone, featuring a wide elliptical ashlar arch that is enclosed by an arch-ring. The parapets are made of rubblestone and topped with triangular ashlar coping. On the south side, the abutments are also made of rubblestone, with a simple stone-on-edge coping. The north side's abutments are formed by the wall of Penrhyn Park.
