Description
This is a lofted outbuilding located on the west side of Plas Cichle, constructed from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof, which was mainly overgrown at the time of inspection. The building features a split boarded door beneath a wooden lintel, and to the left, there is a small-pane iron-framed window with Gothic glazing bars that has been inserted into an earlier opening. On the right side, a former lintelled opening for a coach has been infilled with brick and now includes an iron-framed Gothic window. The upper storey is fitted with 16-pane hornless sash windows. The left gable end contains a boarded-up loading door, and set back against the right gable end is a single-storey brick shed.
Inside, the space is partly boarded, likely a later addition, which suggests that the right-hand side may have served as a tack room. Only one of the original stalls remains intact.
