Description

The Bulkeley Monument is a tall obelisk made of ashlar stone, standing on a broad, level platform. It features a coursed rock-faced plinth with diagonal buttresses. The base of the monument is panelled and has an inscription on the south side, which is located beneath a moulded cornice.
