Description
Ty'n Llan is a two-storey farmhouse built in a T-shaped plan, featuring a staircase located within a central bay at the rear. The main block is complemented by single-storey wings with hipped roofs on either side. The structure is constructed from rubble masonry, which is limewashed, and the south front is rendered. It has a modern slate roof, with Velux windows in the attic and rendered gable stacks with capping. The wings also have hipped slate roofs, with the right wing featuring a tall rendered stack. The central doorway includes a shallow rectangular fan, and the windows are 4-paned sashes. The interior was not inspected during the survey but is reported by the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales to contain a straw partition.
