Description

Cwm-yr-Wrach is a 2-storey farmhouse featuring a 2-room plan with a central staircase and integral end stacks, the left stack being particularly deep and creating an additional bay. The exterior is made of limewashed rubblestone, with the chimney bay rendered, and it has a slate roof. The front has three windows; the first floor has four-paned sash windows, while the ground floor includes a 2-light multi-paned casement and a 20th-century casement to the right of the central entrance, all with slate cills. There is a 20th-century extension at the rear on the right, which continues as a lean-to along part of the back wall. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
