Description

Llydiart Fanny Farmhouse is a two-storey building constructed from roughly coursed and squared rubble, topped with a slate roof and featuring brick end wall stacks. The right-hand stack has a large projecting stone base that is partially enclosed by a single-storey brick extension from the early 20th century. The farmhouse has a two-unit plan with a central entrance.

On each floor, the windows are 2-light casements. The south-facing gable end showcases a 4-light mullioned window on the ground floor, which has ovolo mouldings on the mullions and a pedimented head. A date-stone that was previously set within the pediment is no longer present. This window is partially blocked, with only two of the lights remaining open. Above it, there is a 3-light stone mullioned window that features similar mouldings on the mullions and a hood-mould, but it is mainly blocked, with only one light still open.
