Description

Mid 18th century. 3-storey, 3-bay symmetrical tenement, shop at ground, pend to right. Rendered and lined as ashlar to S elevation. Base course, raised margins to windows, low eaves.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: shop door off-centre left flanked by display windows. Panelled door to pend. Regular fenestration to 1st and 2nd floors.

12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, 2 modern rooflights. Ashlar coped skew, stack to gable; crowstepped gables to rear elevation.
