Description
This mid-18th century building at 96-98 High Street in Linlithgow is a three-storey, three-bay symmetrical tenement with a shop on the ground floor and a pend to the right. The south elevation is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, featuring a base course and raised margins around the windows, with low eaves.

The first and second floors have regular fenestration with 12-pane sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes two modern rooflights. The building has an ashlar coped skew and a stack at the gable, with crowstepped gables on the rear elevation.
